Setting up Slack

Setting up your Slack integration couldn't be easier. Before we get started, we suggest checking the following:

  • Check you are signed in to the right workspace in Slack (it's only possible to connect to one Slack workspace per account)
  • Decide which channel you would like to set as default (don't worry, no messages will be sent there without being set in a contact)
  • Once you're ready to go live with your displays, we suggest letting anyone who might get notifications know ahead of time

To Link Centralise and Slack

Just go to the Platform Integrations page in your account. From there click "Add to Slack" and review the permissions shown. Once you've completed the setup flow on Slack, you'll be ready to get started making Contacts. You can then use a Contact to get notifications for problems reported and refreshments requested on your devices.
