Subscription, Licenses and Billing

For each device you have we will add one license to your subscription. When you add or remove new devices we will pro-rata your subscription with the correct number of licenses - so you only pay for the number of devices you have.

  • A license covers one app install on one device. If you have multiple apps on the same device you will need multiple licenses.
  • Please note, devices that are offline are still licensed. To stop paying for a device, you need to archive it

Billing FAQs

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. You can remove all of your devices or email get-support@centralise.io and you will not be billed again. We only have monthly subscriptions, so there is no long tie-in

How do I update my payment information?

Your payment information can be updated under Subscription in your account. You can also download invoices from all transactions here.

How do you ensure my payment information is safe and secure?

We use Stripe to accept payments - meaning our server never sees your actual credit card number. Stripe is one of the industry leaders in payments across many websites and also allows us to accept payments in other currencies.
