You can download Centralise Meeting Rooms on to any iPad running iOS 11 or later.

Once downloaded, tap See Pricing and Free Trial then Subscribe for either the monthly or yearly option - you will then be able to start your 7 day free trial. All of our subscriptions take place via the App Store meaning you have complete confidence in the security of your payments.

Paying for just one subscription, you can use the app on up to 10-12 devices according to Apple's Fair Usage Policy.

G-Suite Direct Integration

If you use G-Suite to book meetings you can use our app to integrate directly. This provides the best experience for your users but you can use the alternative option below.

• 1. Open the apps Settings (tap Settings on the bottom left of your screen when you're looking at the main view
• 2. Tap Calendars & Integrations
• 3. Tap Sign In and sign in to your Google Account. Although you can use any account, we recommend using one that is only for this purpose.
• 4. From Google's Admin Console, select your room or resource then copy the Resource Email
• 5. Paste the copied resource email in to the Calendar/Resource ID field

All colours and backgrounds can be updated - we even include some stunning images and pre-built themes that you can use. You can also enable or disable features as well as customise how they work. We're not stopping there, we're regularly bringing more customisation options to the app.

If you use the direct integration with G-Suite you may find your events have certain privacy requirements. Using an account which has admin permissions can avoid this, but it is important you consider your security requirements.

Your iPad may not be able to charge the battery as fast as it is using it. Check your wall adapter is the correct one and ensure your USB cable is not longer than 2 meters as the power will drop too much after this.
